Artist Statement
In our human ignorance, we struggle to grasp the true nature of the universe. We attempt to organize our irrational perceptions of space, light, and time into familiar shapes—like this cube—to make the infinite manageable.
This artwork visualizes the moment where our understanding fails:
The White Exterior: Represents the "known" light, our attempt to measure and explain the world through rigid geometry. It is the boundary of human perception.
The Black Core: This is the fusion of space and time. A singularity where matter and void become one. It is the "Universe" within the form that defies our logic.
We use geometry not to define the truth, but to interpret the irrational melting of dimensions. Through this "geometric sensation," we build a bridge between our limited senses and the vast, unexplainable void of the Microcosmosmism.
Technical & Discursive Context (For the "Discursive Geometry" Group)
Concept: The Cube as a vessel for the incomprehensible.
Theme: The collapse of Euclidean space into a temporal singularity.
Philosophy: Using geometric intuition to translate the limits of human perception into visual form.
